Application for Credit

In consideration of Teinert Metals, Inc. extending credit to the aforementioned organization or corporation, you hereby agree to promptly pay all invoices when due. Terms of sale are ½ of 1% 10, net 30 days, unless other arrangements are specifically made in writing. This indicates that payment is due on or before 30 days from the date of invoice. Any invoice(s) unpaid beyond 30 days forfeit ALL discounts and Teinert Metals, Inc. reserves the right to charge one and one-quarter percent (1.25%) per month on all invoices not paid when due. In the event that it becomes necessary to place an account for collection, you agree to pay all invoiced amounts, carrying charges, together with costs of collection and reasonable attorney’s fees. You also agree and consent that jurisdiction and venue for all claims of Teinert Metals, Inc. and you, with respect to each other, shall be in Lubbock County, Texas or elsewhere at Teinert Metals, Inc.’s discretion.

I (we) hereby agree to pay all invoices due Teinert Metals, Inc., no later than thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. I (we) understand that Teinert Metals, Inc., may also utilize other sources of credit information which it considers reliable in making the determination to extend credit. Further, I (we) hereby authorize the bank and supplier references listed above to release the information necessary to assist Teinert Metals, Inc. in establishing a line of credit, or updating its existing file.
